[Ucol-shareholders] Indicative body corp fees to be paid at settlement

Hi all,

At our last meeting, I mentioned that there are some body corp fees we need to pay at settlement. The amount is not clear to me, but from what I understand, it is between one and two months of body corp fees. Please refer to the spreadsheet below with your unit number and the amount for 1 and 2 months in the last two columns. Please note, this is indicative only.
