I can confirm we have the meeting room for the special meeting on the 5^th of September, from 7:30pm onward for a start at 8pm.

For tomorrow, it will be there too. I have reserved it for 2-7pm, to allow for a 3pm start.

Jan/Min: if you want to set up early, you can swing by my place first to pick up my staff card (flat A3, 39 Opoho Rd) since our group’s key hasn’t surfaced yet AFAIK.
