Hi Everyone 

It was very cold and wet on site this morning!

The builder is disappointed with the weather, especially since they had started with the roofing...

Progress on site:

• roofing started on the high street block 
• windows and doors are being installed on the first floor level. 
• The second part of the Alva Street Block will have the concrete poured very soon
• The first bottom plates are down on the Alva Block, which means we should see the first Zips going up there soon!
