I emailed round a few weeks back asking if we have to register to receive mail. We are rural but had to register before Tamsin could leave mail in our box. So maybe the same thing? nz post has a form for it. regds roz

Hi Sander,
Am sending this to you as I believe you had a good contact with someone in NZ post.
Just tried updating my address at my bank online and it did not recognise the address - automatically changed it to 1/22 Alva St. Rang bank and had to do it manually.
When I went to the NZPost website and looked for post code info etc. I received the following message: This address doesn’t receive Standard Mail delivery. See screen shot.
Are you able to follow this up, please, as I urgently need to update my mail address, as no doubt do many others?
Thanks,
Catherine
