I think if we are still in Level 2 during the Workshop, we should get takeaways and each person bring their own set of dishes.
Let's confirm everything at the Thursday meeting next week.

NumberWorks'nWords is available and keen to host :-)We have tea/instant coffee/milo, cups, teaspoons, paper towels and an abundant supply of biscuits available for our afternoon tea break. If you are a coffee connoisseur you might want to bring your own.
I love the idea of a meal to follow. Possible evening meal venues that offer both take away and sit down dining near to NumberWorks'nWords are (in order of distance away from NWnW)If we decide on takeaways we will need to organise something for plates and cutlery (or eat with our fingers) because NumberWorks'nWords won't have enough.Zucchini Bros for pizza orGreat Wall for Chinese food orAnatolia Turkish Cafe
Not that I think consensus on a dinner option will be easy ....Jan

_______________________________________________Saturday 5th September seems to be the preferred day by farAlex is working until 3pm, so how about 2:30 to 5:30pm for the Workshop to minimise the time Alex will miss out?Maybe we can do dinner at a restaurant or a takeaway afterwards.
Jan, can we use Numberworks again, or are you away that weekend?

Hello all,Anna and Antony will next be in Dunedin on Saturday and Sunday, the 5th and 6th of September. They have to be at the airport for their flight out by 3pm on SundaySo possible Workshop dates would be Saturday afternoon (maybe from 2pm) or Sunday morning, ending by 2 pm.
Could I get some idea of people's availability for these times, please?RegardsMin
