[Ucol-shareholders] letterboxes

My idea of a communal box was really short term while we worked out what to do. but no one has yet answered the fundamental question: are we legally allowed to have just one box?

We get very little snail mail either, and most of what we do get is cards from estate agents wanting to list our house.
