[Ucol-shareholders] Kaituna reserve proposal

This is the neighbourhood upgrade project I referred to at the last meeting.

The Amenities Society proposal for the reserve at the bottom of Hawthorne Ave was included in a story in today’s ODT on community groups’ applications to the DCC under the annual plan submissions. The document is presumably now in the public domain, so I’ve scanned my copy so those interested in the details can take a look.
