As agreed by Urban Cohousing Otepoti Ltd, the cohousing group, we no longer intend to lodge or require to be lodged any covenant on the title of the property, as was previously intended and is mentioned in your sale and purchase agreement.
We have agreed to the initial body corporate rules, which are attached. Our solicitor has deposited these rules along with the unit plan under the Unit Titles Act 2010. This version supersedes the draft attached to the sale and purchase agreement.
