I too was wanting to comment on the pets.
Once we are all moved in, with our furry friends, my understanding was that further pets would be discouraged (or not allowed, except that it rather rule-like) because we actually need to find out how many pets our neighbourhhod can handle.
So I would be suggesting that in 6 months we change the pet policy to an upper limit on cats and dogs, certainly not a blanket welcome to any and all.
I hope residents' participation will be enthusiastic rather than aiming for the bare minimum, and judging by our working bees so far, I reckon my optimism us not totally idealistic, but based on experience.
As for parking, I am sure it is one we will be adjusting as we discover what will work. Like habitual seats in a meeting (or in church), I suspect we will find ourselves going back to the same parks when that is possible
Also the agreement should refer to the "Commons Development Fund" as it is referred to in the Body Corp Rules definitions. That highlights that this fund represents our joint ownership of and enjoyment of what we own in common and benefit from together.

hours). All parking within the gates has a maximum of 48 hours. We think the intention was Remaining spaces are for residents; or for visitor parking of less than 48 hours
