Hello all,

This is the latest copy of the Body Corp Rules, with comments from the workshops included.  I've attached them as a Word doc, and PDF.  Let me know if you have trouble with either format.

This is a DRAFT copy, and will likely undergo further editing for clarity and possibly reduction in length

I'm taking suggestions about what we should go over next. Possible options include:

- Resident obligations and Body Corp Duties, some of which are legally required by the Unit Titles Act

- Disputes resolution process

- We should have a discussion about how people expect the Guest Rooms in the Common House will be used

- More discussion about the details of shared meals
