Hi everyone.

A quick update from our site visit today.

GROUND CONDITIONS
A completed schedule of quantities has been received and sent to Rawlinsons for review and comment.
Their feedback is expected by early next week, before our PCG meeting (Tuesday).

S&W approached two other contractors for pricing but were not able to do the work in the next few weeks (only in 8 weeks time).

Halls Brothers is the only one that can do the work, starting around the 20th of this month (if notified by next week).
We could expect work done by the end of March.
Rawlinson is currently reviewing their $ to ensure that they are acceptable numbers and will provide us with their recommendations before Tuesday.

An indicative cost was discussed based on the numbers provided by Halls Brothers which comes just below the 200K…
There are few costs that need to be added to that number: Costs of supervision / Goetech / Testing equipment / Archaeologist, etc.
+ the design cost already invoiced to us (but not paid yet) from Engineers and Geotech for work done in December and January (around 19K).

SIPs
The first deliver of SIPs panels have arrived on site.
A lot of work underway in the common house.

See pictures below and have a great weekend!
