[Ucol-shareholders] First draft of Meeting chairs/notetakers

Hi all

This is a place to start. I have drawn up a roster for 2019, two names per month. It is up to the two people to decide how they share the work in the month - one always does the notes, one always chairs the meetings, or they each take turns.

I assume that this will need revision and adjustment, both now and as the year progresses. But for now, please let me know if you know you are not available on the month I have assigned you, and whether you definitely do not want to be included in the roster.

Or if I've missed you out and you feel aggrieved, let me know!
