Resident members are to attend Group meetings and koha time to one or more of the following:

• Participating in Work Groups.
• Contributing to community working bees.
• Helping prepare shared meals.

This is from the kitchen group notes from this week:

As we talked about and agreed last meeting, everyone will be involved in preparing shared meals. You will be asked to volunteer for cooking once or twice a month

Some of us did discuss this at the last induction day, checked the wording was correct, and were told it is correct so not everyone has to help in the kitchen if that is not their thing.
