Many thanks for the induction workshop today which I thoroughly enjoyed. 

I did make a $5100 payment to proceed with the one bedroom apartment however I believe that someone else beat me to it.  No worries at all.

I would ask that when this is confirmed if my payment could please be refunded to me as I don’t want to go on a waiting list.  I will likely needs the funds for wherever I go next.
