I set up the accounts email Toiora.acc@gmail.com

for billing purposes.

But it seem several residents did not receive the emails. 

Please check your junk folder and log this email as not-spam.

 If you can't find an email from Toiora.acc, and are expecting an electricity bill, please let me know.
