Hi all again. All done !! and easy as 1,2,3. See images attached. 1- open the "combination box" , the little one with the code given to take the key for the Big Box. 2-Open the large box and get your key from the board, and close it; 3-Return the key to the combination box, as per you started .
NOTE: We only have 1 key for the big large box so please be very careful. We will organise to get more keys asap.
Alex & Jess: Could you guys organize the codes as discussed? Happy to meet with you and look at this on one evening either Tuesday-Thursday
PS: Thanks hugely for the "engineering brain" and help to get this installed.

How would you access the spare keys: "Black Data Box" will have the spare keys box . To open "Black Data Box" you get the key within the "Combination box" - which will be evidently fixed close by. The code at present for this is : UCOL13.
Question and Ideas for future:
- should we have the door locks and this combination box codes the same?
Apparently with Alex & Jess and Myself we could make those codes to work so we have 1 code for all and also have a different code for guests in the doors so we never give away our codes to other than residents.
Note: I will follow up with images and more graphic illustrations later on once things are installed.
