Hi team: I have offered to create a spread sheet around moving dates for our move into Toiora.

a)As part of this, I understand that two households will have to move the day we settle as the ownership of their houses changes that day. Those people are Sander and Karen and Sue Taylor. If there is anyone else in that position, please let me know.

b) It seems likely we can stagger the move over several days, provided we can coordinate moving companies etc.

To that end, can you each advise me if a) you are using a moving company and if so, who, and b) if you are moving yourself.

This is relevant as moving companies almost never deliver over the weekend, while the weekend might suit those who are ‘self moving’ and enable us to even better stagger traffic.

c) Re entry: the C Units and H units can move in from High street, and the Alva Units from Alva St.

The D units will also move in from Alva street.

Meantime, Sara and Gay can use the Montpellier street car park.

That means it’s possible that only Roz and Mike’s tenants will need to use our in ground car park for the move.

Exciting to be planning for the ACTUAL move at last!!

I’ll hear from each of you. The outcome will be summarized on a spreadsheet and put on google docs once I learn how to do this!
