I am anticipating that this week we will have a more focused agenda, really just two items:

7.45pm  Tina Gillan (insurance broker) coming to explain what insurance we will need as a body corp. [If there are particular questions you want answered, please let me know asap]

8.15pm   Creating our timeline from the to-do list

If there are other matters that we need to talk about this week, rather than waiting until 8 October, let me know by tomorrow (Wednesday) 5pm.
