[Ucol-shareholders] Pre-purchase inspections delay

Dear all,

I rang Stefan to ask about progress on site.  Apparently there is a lot of contractor activity with tomorrow's deadline looming. However I understand practical completion won't be issued tomorrow, and there will still be some items to finish after practical completion.  He advised it would be best to delay the pre-purchase inspections, and not have them this weekend.

We can talk about it further tonight.
