A quick update on our meeting venues this week.

 

For tonight’s meeting in the Centre for Sustainability we have only 5 people confirmed coming. There are 10 more seats, please feel free to reserve them all!

During the meeting tonight we’ll have a better Zoom facility so Zoomers are visible on the big screen and can share their visual content if needed.

 

On Saturday we will meet in a larger venue so everyone can come without having to reserve a seat (so that reservation list is now void). More detail to come with the confirmed agenda.

If people still like to zoom in on Saturday, do please let me know in person tonight or by email then I make sure I bring my laptop; hopefully that would be halfway decent (definitely not ideal).

I have booked you in for March 4th & 18th.  March the 11th has a booking in there until 7.30pm, so if you still wanted this date you wouldn’t have access until 7.45pm.

March the 25th is not available due to another booking sorry.

Please advise what you want to do for March the 11th and also only 15 people can occupy the room during Level 2.

Are you able to book in the Thursday evenings in March? Including the day after tomorrow? Again all 7-10pm.

 

We had hoped to be able to live and meet on site by now… but not so lucky yet. We can probably move in later this month.
