Catherine and I have also written notes from last night meeting, although we did it only from memory while Marianne was taking notes at the time (thank you Marianne).

There are probably important details Catherine and I have forgotten, if anyone wants to add to the notes from their memories feel free (in a different colour) and send them to me and I will collate them.
