Morena and greetings to all who aren’t on WhatsApp.

This is the message I sent out last night re koha for today.

This is a special time for us all at Toiora- welcoming baby Esther and our cohousing project being blessed by Kai Tahu today. I for one am very moved by this support from Kai Tahu, and frankly feel undeserving. I imagine this speaks to Kai Tahu feeling we share ‘guardianship’ of this land – but without their support, we wouldn’t be here.  

As a group, we are apparently giving a small koha, however, its appropriate we each offer something towards this as we are able. Donald is happy to receive donations to include with the group koha.

Thanks too to Jeffrey offering a last minute tune up of our chosen Waita – and to Anne for her reminder that the point is not to be wonderful, so much as to make a ‘joyous noise’ !!
