Hi all,

Following your instruction to ask Stefan about delays in the laundry/washing lines, I have done so.

SW said that in order to complete the job, they requested us to do two things:
Provide details related to towels rail and extract fan AND remove stuff from the garden shed.

We have removed the stuff from the garden shed but have not provided the details, so they say they can't complete the job until we provide the details.

Thanks,

Maria

Hi All,

Please see below….

Tim – Can you please advise of a solution for the towel rails and the mounting of the extract fan?

Maria/Rainer – Are we able to get the items in the other end of the laundry removed so the electricians can have access?

Pretty disappointing that they raise this on the Friday of the week they were supposed to do the work, but becoming accustomed to that.

Thanks,

Stefan Box

Hi Stefan,

Thank you for your time today.

  1. Heated Towel Rails – As discussed the smallest size towel rails Aotea have been able to find is 450mm wide and is 120 off the wall.. Now the problem is we can install it however we wont be able to open the shower door as the rail will be in the way. All cables are in the wall etc for it. Can you please let us know what you want to do here?
  2. Laundry – Aotea are unable to finish due to the owners stuff being in the way i.e. old doors etc. further to this, how are the wanting the extract fan mounted?

Kind Regards,
