Hi all 1) I won’t be in Dunedin on 12 December. Heading to Blenheim for my aunty’s 80th birthday.
2) Please put bicycle (and motorcycle?) storage on the agenda again. I see you discussed it last time, but the discussion was inconclusive; the result was “if” in brown shed, then electricity needed. (I hadn’t imagined they’d go in the shed; I thought we’d need it for skis, kayaks, suitcases, tents, packs and poles, and other garage-y things)
More importantly, I hope we can tally the number of bicycles owned by co-housers, along with number of electric bikes and electric scooters. Plus motorcycles which, along with some electric and/or cargo bikes, are much wider. Exactly the same as was noted in those minutes the number of electric vehicles so far and discussion about providing for them. Tally them, and find out where owners are currently planning to keep them.
Perhaps this should be done with an online spreadsheet or coordinated by somebody, like Maria is doing for appliances. I don’t have the energy for that, sorry, and I don’t expect anything to improve in the next few months. Is there somebody who would take this on?
Regards Claire
