[Ucol-shareholders] Unit title process update

Hi all,

Just a quick update on the unit title process for our units.

I have requested an update on the process (surveyors/lawyers) / unit title. Surveyors have done the first steps needed, measuring High St and Alva St block and are currently drawing up the footprints. They will provide a full update on the process which will include a timeline to work with lawyers / Land Information NZ.

We also need (and have requested) an update from SW on completion date.

I will update the group as soon as we have the above information which will hopefully enable us to start adding some important dates to our calendars...
