Hi Gay: a couple of points.

The DCC signoff does not require any inspection. The Compliance officer will go through all the paperwork and sign this off – he was apparently prioritizing this for first thing today.

That is all that remains before the project is complete and settlement can occur.

My optimistic self hopes that this could have happened by morning tea, as the only thing outstanding was that Fire safety certificate…… but we’ll see.

Ie I would have thought settlement could be triggered today, and completed by next weds at the outside… we’ll see!@!!

The possibility of celebratory bubbles is still in my mind – and said item has been in the fridge since before last night’s meeting!

Regards,

Marianne

Subject: [Ucol-shareholders] Draft notes from meeting 27 May, 2021

Good morning all

Draft notes attached: corrections appreciated.

(I have also included some photos you may not want to file but could be interested in looking at.

And I wonder if, in order to expedite discussion at meetings, it would be helpful for this sort of info (also the footnoted minute from Sander re Toiora weekend) to be sent with the agenda?  Maybe that could be an item for next weeks agenda!?!)
