thanks for this. I think chairing our meetings is quite a complex job, & one of the reasons I haven't volunteered yet :)  It's complex because its a big group, still going through the 'storming'* phase of its group-development, & as chair you need to be facilitating, keeping the guidelines/rules, noticing the cards & the order they're displayed in - which is all quite complex!

I know I would feel more confident if there was a one page summary of the chair's role for running a Toiora Group Meeting that I could refer to. I wonder if this is something the Communications Group could work on among their other tasks?
