Hello All

This is the Procedure I've come up with to change body corporate rules - this item was not been stated clearly in the latest BC document.

I'll take clarifying questions about this procedure on the meeting this Thursday, however we will not be going into in-depth discussion this Thursday.

Instead, feel free to email me your comments and concerns.  I will collect them for quick discussion in the July workshop.
