This is a reminder from the outreach group for everyone to:
- please sign up on the roster for being present and friendly in the commonhouse on Saturday afternoon
- and please provide a plate of afternoon tea for the neighbours on Saturday afternoon
- if you are able to help set up the commonhouse on Friday morning, your hands and energy would be greatly appreciated. If you know you can help with this please let Anthony know. We will be starting 10am and have identified the following tasks so far:
* 2x School signs to get moved in front of the bricks
* Check toilets have signs, are clean and have soap, paper towels, waste basket, and sanitizer.
* Tables and chairs moved into place
* Cups, plates, spoons, water jugs all in place
*Set up urn and turn on (and filled with water)
* Milk, coffee, tea and food all set up
* Entrance looking nice (plants, clear signage)
* Vacuum
*Projector set up with slideshow
* Set up spaces for 3D model, heritage fence info
- After the Friday opening we will need help to wash all the cups/ plates/ spoons and re-set for Saturday afternoon, and on Saturday we will need to do it all again, in time for the shared meal at 6. If you're able to help at this end of things on either Friday or Saturday (or both), please let one of the Outreach Group know.
