This idea sprang from the reference to ‘unsold’ units in the minutes. We have expanded on our original idea and have asked to have this added to the to do list. Please think about it before it comes up for discussion.

How to we handle changes of ownership/occupancy? Know we have previously talked about unit owners putting tenants in their units, this takes it further.

Some of these things we can handle with some sort of selection/induction/commitment but what if we leave our unit to our grandson? Who I have just found out loves heavy metal, who’d a thunk???
