Thanks to Jan's brilliant work, there wasn't much to do to finish editing v4.1 to become v4.2
The latest changes:
* Insert the Child Protection Policy as an Appendix - with provision for signing that.
* Edited the 'Tamariki' workgroup.
* Edited the Commonhouse and Social Workgroup.
* Moved the section about 'The Group' to the front of the document, as it is the core 'meeting of our minds'.
* I have also responded to Rainer's message at Saturday's meeting and softened some of the headings and text.
* Removed a reference to the Covenant.
* Clarified the difference between the Long Term Maintenance Fund and the Capital Development Fund.
All the changes (recent and earlier) are now highlighted in yellow - these are the areas to be discussed, perhaps edited, and agreed.
Please take time to read the Agreement through, especially the highlighted text.
