[Ucol-shareholders] Draft notes for 9 July attached

Gidday fellow Toiora-ites I've taken the precaution of creating a second draft of the notes from 9 July because I'm not 100% sure that the adjustments that I've made will be satisfactory for all concerned and I believe it is important that everyone is happy with the records we keep. As usual with a draft copy, please check, and if you do not think I have correctly interpreted what was said/done at the meeting, *send me the correction *for the appropriate bit.
