Hello all. This is the LTMP, and a spreadsheet with associated calculations. As you can see, it's quite a large document - 16 pages. Many of the pages are for ongoing maintenance records, so this is meant to be a working document that is updated whenever Toiora does major maintenance work. We are NOT required to have the document in this format, and we may decide to change it in the future. However, for now, I will attach it to the Body Corp rules as an "associated document", rather than a schedule.

Let me know if you spot any errors. With the cash flow calculations - I'm ignoring inflation in this initial calculation as there is cash accumulating from interest on deposits to offset it.
