An interesting report about how our current food industry is environmentally unsustainable and unhealthy.
They recommend eating more fruits, vegetables, nuts, legumes and whole grains, and less red meat. (Aim to consume at least 125 grams of dry beans, lentils, peas and other nuts or legumes per day. Aim to consume no more than 98 grams of red meat (pork, beef or lamb), 203 grams of poultry and 196 grams of fish per week.).
I hope we can use this as the basis of our common meals.
