Hi all: I always hesitate to reply all but did so on this occasion, only to find it only went to Alex!!
So here goes:
Hi team: a rare time where I 'reply all'.
Going back to the meeting, we had a very large number ( 29 green?) supporting getting this document in shape to meet the requirements for the banks so that all our members who require mortgages can get them. I understood that meant simplifying them and taking out a number of schedules, which were duplicates in the main of things that are stated elsewhere.
From what Alex reports, it seems that there's still a challenge around how
simple to make this and / or an effort to keep things in that aren't helping us... against the intention of the meeting ??
With time against us, I'm wondering if this is 'cart before horse'. Can we please keep our intention to the fore - !!
At the meeting, it was stated several times that its people who will make cohousing, not rules.
The Body corp rules can be amended annually.
Thanks to all those who've worked on this. Let's get it over the line !!
Regards,
Marianne
