Rather than us try to Zoom into the workshop, we’re sending a few ideas on item 22 onwards - as attached.
Unfortunately Jetstar has cancelled our flights again, so we won’t be down next weekend after all.

This version has the BC Fees Schedule updated with the fees split percentages calculated from Agreed Values for our units - not the Colliers Valuation amounts.
These Agreed Values were agreed upon at a meeting with minutes (I can't find them at the moment, but hopefully someone can point me to the right set of minutes)
