Greetings all: re Outcome of nominations for members of the initial Toiora High St Cohousing Conciliation Team.
After putting the nominations received through the Meek STV system, the following five people are supported to form this first team:
Anne Thomson, Donald Shand, Gay Buckingham, Sander Zwanenburg and Kristin Jack.
Nominations were received from more than 90 percent of those eligible to participate.
Comment: Most people (apart from those racing to meet the deadline) indicated a good number of people they felt comfortable with ( nine +). This bodes well, in that in addition to these five who will formally comprise the initial Conciliation team, it appears that there are a wide range of people that members already feel comfortable discussing difficulties and from whom they could seek informal support.
As agreed, all nomination forms have been destroyed.
It's great to have this team in place as we prepare to move into Toiora together.
