The Commonhouse group has set up a table in the vestibule for couriers to place parcels there. We will add some signs to direct couriers to the vestibule.
We will also place a noticeboard on the table for each unit to place your courier bar code, so couriers can scan it to prove they were there.
Please refer to below email sent from Sander – regarding how to apply for one from delivery companies.
Thanks,
Karen

Hi all
Regarding parcels, if you wish to always leave your parcels in a designated spot, you can inform delivery companies as follows:
* NZ Post and Courier Post * https://www.nzpost.co.nz/personal/receiving/delivery-options/parcel-leave * You need an individual account on their site * They probably will send you a card with a code to verify you actually live there * Freightways group * https://www.leavemydelivery.co.nz/#atl_form * This group includes NZ Couriers, PosteHaste, CastleParcels, NowCouriers, Pass the Parcel, DX mail * Aramex * https://www.aramex.co.nz/tools/e-authority-to-leave/ * formerly FastWay Couriers *
I’ve just done so for each of these, instructing:
Go to end of driveway, up the steps, and leave in vestibule
Some of the above companies would install a bar code or ask you to do so, such that couriers can scan it to prove they were there.
We will need to make sure couriers can actually enter the vestibule, so the door is to be unlocked during daytime.
Please note, we have put up unit numbers only; we may want a bigger “25 Alva Street” sign, or just “25” – can the ‘sign’ team take this on board?
Many thanks
Sander
