Hi everyone I just cleaned the air exchange filters, easy to do (with a vacuum cleaner), they slide out of the main unit in the attic. One filter takes air from the wet areas and (so Catherine tells me) the air is immediately expelled outside, this was pretty dirty. The other was dusty. They are just made of paper and, if we had some spares, we would replace the wet area one now. Tim said he ordered a 'box' and they sent him a box of 2! Can Toiora order a bulk lot? CheersJeffrey

To further this discussion,
I was instructed to turn the system off via the comm in the wall, take out both filters and vacuum, then switch them over if I was worried about one working harder than the other, then turn the system back on via the comm. :)

Hi Jeffery,
I have yet to order more filters for the 180 units. I get a 20% discount so better for me to order.
Jon Iliffe of Ehaus re iterated that he only recommends changing the filters every year and vacuuming 6 monthly.
Will see what the sensible bulk order number would be. Ie how many come in a large box.
