Hi everyone, this is how tomorrow's agenda is looking like.Any further items, please send them by 12p.m. tomorrow.Regards, Sara
I'm keen not to have minor items come direct to the group meeting.
I'd like to see this as the last agenda with minor items on it, and for the future, those can go straight to sub-groups.
For example of how we could handle these types of things in the future:
4. Setting the foyer for courier pickups. Does the whole group need to make a decision on this? This could be handled by the common house group, and if there is still something that needs wider attention after that, it can come to the main group in the common house group report.
5. M1 and M3 pergolas and digger use this weekend. This is just a small part of a much larger project.
The wider issue is that we don't have (that I know of) a formal grounds or construction group who is planning and managing the finishing tasks that the group is responsible for.
Tim has been doing some stuff, and the PCG, but I guess neither of them want to take official responsibility for this. Let's not waste time making ad-hock decisions on smaller matters in the group.
Let's instead form a small group to review the plans of those finishing tasks and take leadership to get them done. (if the PCG doesn't want to continue to do this.)
Again, if there are disputes or matters that can't be resolved within the small group, or if they want guidance after considering the options they can bring a report to the whole group.
6. Compost gin construction ditto.
8 rainer's trailer ditto.
