Hi everyone,
Here's a draft of a Toiora High Street Cohousing Agreement as discussed on Thursday.
This would sit under the Body Corp Agreement and give flexibility and creativity to the understandings around ways we would strive to live in harmony together.
I have deliberately changed the tone, or voice, of this document by removing the legalese and numbering, and grouping items in a different order.
I have largely copied in some of the decisions we have already discussed at length, but removed some repetition.
I have also created some new sections where I felt it was necessary for a flow of logic.
It's designed to enable the smooth passage of consensus decision-making, without burdening all of us with everything!
Of course, we haven't really started discussing most of the issues that are in this draft agreement, so plenty of time for adding, subtracting, and altering . . .
Please feel free to send any feedback.
Cheers
Warren
Just to clarify.
I'm looking for feedback on layout, tone, grammar, spelling etc.
Not content. That's for whole of group discussion.
Cheers
Warren
