Hi all

A brief report on today’s site meeting. The site is bussing with at least 20 workers!

They will start painting the exterior on the common site of the first 8 units (C1 to D4) and hope to take the scaffolding down for 6 units by the end of Februar to be able to install the first external stairs and balconies for D1 and D2.

S&W is hoping to roof and close in all of Alva Street by the end of March.

Bill the foreman is happy for us to have a working bee to clear vegetation behind the common house. He suggested we use the Montpelier entrance as vehicle access, even though it’s not sealed yet. A Saturday morning till 1 is a good time. Let’s organize a day at the next meeting.
