Once before this was discussed and understood it had been earlier but was in the too hard basket. If it is going to be sorted maybe it should be done for the cohousing agreement?
We are all paying lump sums (as part of our unit price) for a share and use of the common land, building and facilities. Plus we will be paying part of our body corporate fees for their repair and upkeep.
We have been discussing how non unit owners should be allowed to share. If a supporter wants to come to a common meal now and then it sounds easy, they should pay the same as everyone else. but what if they want to participate in 'village' life and regularly share everything? Regds roz and michael
