Hi Tim & Co Housers !! ,
*Tim: Very important *if you can confirm my *assumption taken (see below)* from drawings, also because there has been some changes/variations I might not be totally aware of or not having the latest drawing - something like the Shower in lieu of Bath for D1 (Anna & Anthon) .
*To all Cohousers !!* ( may be Mike & Ros exempt) Most units will need tiles, either a single strip of splashback. Tim can explain this later. !!You can go and buy at your leisure or do with the group, your choice. I think in this case and at this point where SW is hurrying us up - & given this current situation of coronavirus and perhaps short of supply from China, Italy, Europe - there may not be a lot savings on buying it in bulk so for those who know what they want they can start looking at the "sales. I have made up a list on our shared spreadsheets , but I will update it *tonight !! and will include wall & skirtings*
*Summary of who needs what * *Floor Tiles . * - *All D units ; M3 ; M1 ( I think) & A6 * Wet floor showers : A6 & D1 ; Tim Could you please confirm the floor detail? I think you specified "Marmox" ? will it need to be raised ?
*Wall tiles (incl. splashbacks & skirtings) * *- All units need wall tiles !!* ( Excepet Mike & Roz I think) Note, this it might only be 1 tile behind the wash hand basin - TIm please confirm A1-A5 = WHBasin Splashbacks only , 200x700mm (guess) x 2 A6 = Wet Shower ; Bath ( splashback) & Basins H1-H3 = WHBasins x 2 C1-C6 = WHBasins + Skirtings ( but I think is wrong or not required) D1= Wet shower + WHBasin x 2 + skirtings D2-D6 = Baths ( I believe it should be better to make these walls up to ceiling) + WHbasins x 2 + skirtings.
Remember I will update quantities on the spreadsheet ( see link below) tonight: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1MUVuwH00hzQfu7v_MPmA9qnZVesmlP7cMiev... And will send some examples of simple choices also ( and hopefully tonight ) and will chat with Tile Centre tomorrow and possibly 1 other supplier.

Hi all again. As a follow up from previous email re Tiles 2 things to highlight: - PCG ( Project Control Group , met on Tuesday morning) was on the idea that it's much simpler for individuals to sort tiles BUT I received messages from people that would prefer if I could still help them with this and I am happy to do it though PLEASE do get to me sooner rather than later because it will be easier and if it is now we could get good specials. - I have 1st. feedback on costs & samples etc : from Tile Centre. See images attached, colour coded showing Price list & samples. Also VERY IMPORTANT!! If you want to get these at these prices the deposit has to be paid this coming Saturday 21st. I have also showed a PDF of things in real bathrooms of the ones we have done for other people , the strip on different colours add some colour but it not necessary but if you do add these you could actually get them later , not hard to find and cost wise for a strip in the bathroom is about $1.2/tile x 30-40 tiles = not much. As a rule of thumb for a tiled floor and bath ( like the D units) you will be looking at $500.
I will try to go to "Timeless" tomorrow and check their prices and if they offer any specials.

Hi all again !! sorry to bother you...again. *Very important !! * Some of you have already been in contact with myself and perhaps have directions so you are good. Others haven't yet express whether you buy / worked out things yourself or you need help with. *PLEASE ! do make your say now so we know what are your plans . * A little bit of clarification...with regards to *wall tiling * : *ALVA St.* houses will need wall tiling. And others do need some tiling too and drawings have been updated to reflect this. I think Tim and Maria will send them at some stage soon. H & C units have very little, but thanks to those that have been in touch, I will follow up with you guys soon with more info.
-*COSTS!!* and where to *BUY!!* *TIMELESS TILES (738 Princess St) :* I met with Rebecca and she gave me much better price than the "tile Centre" and we don't have to rush for tomorrow's deadline for a deposit. We will however try to get an order next week though as recommended by S&W . Tile Selection is pretty much like the previous one I sent ( see new picture ) I am happy to discuss this with anyone if they want to do so. Rebecca is also open for other Unit Owners to meet with her and give *"Tile Centre"* : if you prefer and have already chosen go ahead but also please let me know so that I can coordinate who has already purchased tiles.
I will keep the spreadsheet up to date , tidy it up tonight again just in case someone needs to refer.
Al the very best,
Regards,

Hi All.
Just quickly on the Tiling. We need to make the delivery to the site and also make it clear to Contractors (S&W) those tiles that have been bought and for who, also so they can care and coordinate the storage of these. I am happy to coordinate the delivery and communication to S&W and through Stefan so it is clear how this is happening.
So we need you to confirm the assumptions below in the summary. So when you see your name and Unit No. please write notes or clarifications as required.
If it is easy to communicate directly with me please do and I will take note of it. Those highlighted are easy to see and main ones to confirm others are assumed not to worry unless they would like to add or make any notes.
*Tiling summary to date: *
NOTES :
- (* ) : splashbacks were minimal and easy to collate and get at a later stage so no required now.
