Please find the report from 9 May attached. I apologise if you got some confusing emails with the draft notes. I had trouble converting my notes (done in Pages) to Word and this was compounded by a technical glitch with the mail system. When I send the agenda next week i will include Zander's’ response to the email from Shelley of Ehaus re our ‘unverified’ listing. It may expedite discussion at the meeting. Alex was told that the 90 day period for this quote expired today, so while we were meeting with Ken Pullar and Sue Kim this afternoon we also transferred funds to cover the deposit, and now have set up the payment. Kia ora koutou, I've booked the Seminar Room for the planned induction workshop and the recurring 'rules, dreams, and expectations' workshops, pretty much as planned. The only exception is in May: since the room is unavailable on Saturday 25 May, Min and I booked it for Sunday 26 May (3-5pm + potluck after). Induction workshop Saturday 8 June

Hi all, Anna Maxwell and Anthny Doesburg from Auckland will be in Dunedin on Saturday 8 June, so that will be the date for the next induction workshop. I will let Ken Pullar and Sue Kim know about it when I meet them tomorrow Monday at 4pm at Nova. Remember - others are welcome. (Alex, I hope you can still come, and Claire, if you're feeling up to it.) I will also let Liz Wilson and John Dalgarno know. We can buy another copy of "Happy Ever Aftering in Cohousing" for $US21 plus $US12 postage - $US33 = $NZ50. Should we do this? Perhaps we could get 2 copies for around $75 - is it worth it? We can discuss at the next meeting unless people want to respond now. Anne
