Access to Inspect our units

Hi all, We had a site meeting today. *Final Inspection* is underway (we don't have news about outcome yet) and *Practical Completion* will be discussed with Directors today. An update will be provided when we have news about both things. *Individual Units Inspection:* We have agreed that we can allow individuals to visit their units tomorrow for an inspection. We need to be aware that there are still some things that need to be corrected (from the Defects Inspection) but most things have been addressed. The inspection will allow people to view their units. The idea is for people to go through their unit and confirm that they are happy with the overall: number of bedrooms, windows, selection/colours of the carpet/floor/paint (if any), benchtop, etc. Layouts should match what was presented in the plans when we signed the sales and purchase agreement. Please note: Tim is responsible for the defects inspection (not individuals). We are NOT adding things to the list that Tim supplied on behalf of the client. Tim, Rainer and I will be on-site tomorrow SATURDAY 6 of March from 2pm to 5:30pm. We will have 20 minutes for each individual to inspect their unit. Tim will show: A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, A6, H1. Rainer with show: D6, C1, C2, C3, C4, C5, C6. Maria will show: H2, H3, D1, D2, D3, D4, D5. The M units will be able to be inspected the following weekend. Dennis, I can show you your unit o a WhatsApp teleconference or similar. Please confirm. DCC unit, I don't think we need to show this unit at this stage (?). Directors, please confirm. Well, after Catherine's last email about getting a good deal from Vodafone, I called my current provider, Orcon This is the deal they gave me. Ultra fast fibre 100/20, unlimited 3 months free and free modem rental $85pm from month 4 to 12 12 month contract. Works out to $64pm for the first year. Then it goes to the standard rate of $89pm To get this deal Phone the sales line 0800 56 46 87 Say you saw a 3 month free deal on a compare internet provider website. I think Catherine's $55 Vodafone broadband plan could be Wireless broadband over the 4G network. To work at it's best requires there be good 4G mobile reception. Vodafone's fibre plan is closer to $83 per month (including the $10 off per month for 12 months. Presumably it goes to $93 per month after that) Stil cheaper than Spark's $90 per month for unlimited, high speed internet, plus buy your own modem Regards Min

Pre-purchase inspections delay

Dear all, I rang Stefan to ask about progress on site. Apparently there is a lot of contractor activity with tomorrow's deadline looming. However I understand practical completion won't be issued tomorrow, and there will still be some items to finish after practical completion. He advised it would be best to delay the pre-purchase inspections, and not have them this weekend. We can talk about it further tonight. Thanks, Alex
