Thanks so much for these notes and for the effort helping us get mortgages. I couldn’t attend the meeting as I wasn’t feeling great. I’m still waiting on a decision from the Cooperative Bank.

Thank you very much for note-taking so well, and for circulating the notes promptly.

In your second bulletpoint under 3, the crucial thing is that our agreements say that we *MAY* attach a covenant, but are not obliged to. The relevant section of the Further Terms of Sale 27.1 reads"The Vendor may grant or receive the benefit of any easements, land covenants, rights, obligations, consent notices or bonds over the Property and/or over the land of which the Property forms part ..."
