Hi folks These weekly meetings keep a notetaker on her toes! After I sent out the supposedly-final-minutes from last week, Catherine pointed out the inconsistencies with the certificate of practical completion that I had put into the notes. This was due to my own lack of clarity about the differences in the documentation we are awaiting.

So I was very grateful for the wonderful clear explanation given at tonight's meeting. I have included the outline in tonight's draft notes, in the hope that I'm not the only one who benefitted from it. If wiser heads than mine see that I still haven't grasped the distinctions between practical completion, defect report and code of compliance, please feel free to elucidate.

Attached to this email are the draft notes from tonight and the Final final notes from last week (with the changes from the draft ones in red). Any corrections gratefully received. With a fortnight until our next meeting I figure I can give you until Wednesday to get corrections to me.
