Hi folks Congratulations everyone on the move and enjoying your new home. May we be joining you in the neighbourhood before too long, though it could be another two months (sigh).
Could arrangements for formalising our associate membership now go on the agenda please, presumably by delegating to the membership sub group and to Min if she isn’t on that group, as the person working on Body Corp fees.
When Robin was in Dunedin I asked her about what arrangements Earthsong had made for their Tiny House residents, who occupy the street-side section. She confirmed they are associates, paying somewhere over $1000 pa for use of all common facilities (as well as paying ground rent to the section owners.) We will be in Dunedin for a few days and able to attend the meeting on 15 April. Happy settling in, Rosemarie and Maurice
