Hello All

This is the Procedure I've come up with to change body corporate rules - this item was not been stated clearly in the latest BC document.

I'll take clarifying questions about this procedure on the meeting this Thursday, however *we will not be going into in-depth discussion* *this Thursday*.

Instead, feel free to email me your comments and concerns.  I will collect them for quick discussion in the July workshop.
